Top O Iowa Club Lamb Sale

COLFAX, IOWA

Lambs on display 1 hour before sale

 

There will approx. 80-90 head of top club lambs from the top breeders in Iowa. 
There will be blackface, whiteface and speckle lambs both wethers and ewes.

Checks will be made out to the consignor.

Lambs purchased in the sale are eligible for special cash awards if they have a County Fair

Must be a current member of the ICLA, 2010 dues paid. Each member may enter 4 lambs EXCEPT for first year members who may enter 2 lambs. Entry fee is $20 per head All lambs MUST have current scrapie tag and INTERSTATE health papers so the lamb can cross state lines. Sale order will be set by last years average (see the attached list). All new consignors will be drawn at random for the round. The sale will have 4 rounds. All consignors will have a lamb in each if they have that many entered. Consignor is responsible for putting lot numbers on their lambs and placing them in the order they want for each round. Lot numbers will be sent out prior to the sale to the consignors. All checks will be made out to the consignor All lambs must be slick sheared. Lambs should be on display at least 1 hour prior to the sale. Consignor is responsible to see that their lambs are picked up by the purchaser after the sale. The purchaser will have a receipt for each lamb.
