Our History...
A BIG THANKS goes to Joe Harrell &
family, Larry Shell & family, Bruce Achor & family and Keith Berry &
family for helping us build this Foundation!
|
|
Demon
Cajun x
Rambo
We want to give Larry, Christy, and Cary Shell a sincere, heartfelt
thanks for allowing us to use Demon for two breeding seasons. We
were able to produce forty top daughters that have all been retained
in our flock.
|
|
Shell
Blue
Another great old
foundation sire. We purchased half interest from Bruce Achor in 1996. We
were able to get two breeding seasons from Blue before he died in 1998.
His daughters have consistently worked well on all of our stud rams. As
we were lucky enough to collect Blue before his death, we will continue
to have a few Shell Blue lambs each year. |

Shell
Midnight
The one, the only. What more can we say except that he is
one of the last great ones! We purchased Midnight from Larry and Christy
Shell in 1996. Since then, we have bred him to some of our best
Harrell/Rhoads and Shell ewes. We have retained 35 of his best
daughters. Look at all the great Midnight sons working in top flocks
across the U.S. - 212, bred by Shell and owned by McIlrath of Iowa; 139
&253, bred by Shell and owned by Bruce Achor of Ohio. These are only
a few. We will be offering a small group of Midnight daughters for sale
in 2001. |
| Harrell 57 Okie
This
famous Twister son was used in the Harrell/Rhoads flock for multiple
breeding seasons and sired many stud rams and stud ewes. This is our
second lamb crop out of Okie and they look great. The heavy muscle definition
and touch set these lambs apart. We used Okie heavily on our Harrell
120's and LBJ daughters. A special thanks to Joe and Kevin for breeding
and allowing us to purchase this great son. |

Warhorse
Wise
Guy(Demon x Harrell 120) x Harrell 2140(Tahoe's Dam-this great ewe's
last lamb)
Another top lamb out of Wise Guy that was born in 2005/2006 lambcrop.
Very pleased with his lambs this year.
We are excited to announce that of
half interest has been sold to Hollingsworth Club Lambs, Sheridan, IN |

Wise Guy
Demon x
Harrell 120
Lead stud ram for 2006-2007
Sired many County Fair Champions & State Fair Class Winners |
|
Black Dog
Shell Black
Ice x Harrell 120
Top stud ram that we have used for
the last two years. He is a triple breed 120, We have retained
many daughters. |
|
|
Harrell
3334 Tennessee
This ram was purchased
from Harrell/Rhoads in 1998. He is a Twister son out of Harrell 1115 and
a great Reno daughter. He has that extreme extension of length and front
end. Tennessee lambs are very tubular and thin hided. We used Tennessee
on most of our Midnight and Stinger daughters. We weren't disappointed,
and you won't be, either! |
|
|
|
Harrell Stinger
We purchased this great
Harrell/Rhoads ram with Stillwell Club Lambs in 1995. He sired Twister
and many top Ewes for Joe and Kevin. His daughters are one of the
foundation families in our flock. Stinger lambs have that velvet smooth
hide in combination with a super hip and loin edge. We bred Stinger
heavy to our Harrell Reno and Outlaw daughters. He also worked really
well on our Shell Blue daughters. |
|
Shell
Thunder and Black Ice
(Black Ice
pictured)
A super set of twin stud
rams from Larry and Christy Shell. We were able through the generosity
of Larry to use and later own Black Ice. He is a great combination
of Deniro (a Cardinal Creek ram) and one of Larry's super 18 daughters.
Thunder, his twin brother, was purchased from Jay States of Hennessee,
OK in 2000. These stud rams have given us that added eye appeal and
touch so much sought after in top show lambs. Special thanks goes to Jay
States for selling us Thunder. |

Shell
Twister
A really
extreme 18 son out of a Top Hill Co. 2201 daughter. |
|
Harrell Bocephus
Out of Bodacious and
Hollywood. Joe and Kevin used this ram as a lamb. We purchased him in
the fall of 1999. This super, stylish, thick ram was to be our mainstay
on our Tennessee daughters, but unfortunately he was killed in a ram
fight. We retained only a few daughters and one son. |
|
|
|
Harrell Stretch
This huge Twister son was
purchased from Daryl and Brian Skidgell of Pawnee, OK in 2000. They
purchased him from Harrell/Rhoads at the 1998 Midwest Stud Ram sale.
After doing a super job for Skidgell's, we were fortunate enough to
acquire this great stud ram. What a great job he did! Our first
Stretch crop is an awesome combination of size, scale, and muscle
pattern. Stretch's dam, Harrell 2866, is a full sister to Tahoe, the
great Harrell ram that has worked exceptionally well for Schrank
Club Lambs of Texas. |
