After a successful 2008, we continue to build our flock based on a sound foundation of ewes primarily from Marx and Knop genetics. Our philosophy continues to embrace the importance of breeding for consistency, structural correctness, eye appeal, and plenty of power to compete at all levels.

We are very pleased with the lamb crop this year and are appreciative of all the inquires and the many visitors this Spring. To each buyer, a special thank you and best of luck this Summer and Fall.

Marx 64 x Annie (MCL1)

We are grateful for the opportunity to incorporate the genetic pieces that these three rams bring to our flock.

The two Step Ahead sons, Knop 5678 and Eclipse include pedigree from Marx 3-36, Captain and trace back to Cornerstone, Omega, Crazy Horse and Alf. Especially intriguing will be those lambs out of the Goldmine daughters. Next we add in Ebeling, a Marx 60 son that has been extremely successful for Mel. Then we out-crossed some of our ewes to Win-N-Touch, a Bounce son out of a Spunky daughter, which has produced numerous winners for Amstutz Show Lambs. Together, the result is a nice genetic blend that includes power, balance and style.

Thank you to Mel Marx, Fred Knop, and Amstutz Show Lambs.
