Rising Star
Purchased from Tony Winfrey After loosing the Chaos ram during
breeding season in 2006 and seeing his offspring we felt we had to
try these genetics again. This ram is even more impressive than
Chaos in terms of structure, bone, length of body, muscle and
overall completeness of skeleton.

Ellerbrock 4
This ram was selected from
their consignment at Sedalia. He is a very attractive lamb from the
profile. He is extremely shallow bodied, with a great loin and hip
shape. He is sired by Sedalia Miller on a 397 miller dam. He was
used on the daughters of our Hancock 45 ram.

Our pick of the
Chaos sons. His daddy did a fantastic job breeding, but due to a
freak lightning storm in Sep. we lost him. This son handles like
the sheep we raised 5 years ago that had the big racks and great
touch. In addition he has a lot of bone, grow power, a great loin
shape, and tremendous length of side. My favorite thing about him
is I like him phenotypically, but love his genetic background even
more. His mom was the twin sister to the 2004 res div 4 at the
state fair and res div 5 at Ak-sarben. She was sired by High Hopes.
His mothers dam had the 2005 Grand lamb at the Iowa state fair.

Sired by the very
predictable Blue Cabaniss ram. We selected this March ram from
Ellerbrock's for the style and upfrontedness that he has. He is good
loined, great hipped, with a real good set of feet and legs under him. We
leased a ram lamb last year from them with similar genetics that did a
great job, so we went back to that link. His picture is what he is.
