| History of Ebert/Van Horn Flocks Our two flocks have over 75 years of combined experience in the sheep industry. Although our flocks are maintained separately, we share rams and have common goals. We will start lambing our combined 200 ewes in January and we look forward to another great lamb crop. We currently have Hampshires, Dorsets, Shropshires and Suffolks. We can be your one stop source for club lambs of all breeds. Our ewe flocks have been tested for scrapie resistance and all ewes are RR or QR. In the past we have bred Grand or Reserve Grand Champions at shows including the American Royal, Kansas Junior Livestock Show, Arizona National, Kansas State Fair, Georgia State Fair, Alabama State Fair, Missouri State Fair and the Louisiana State Fair. We annually hold a club lamb sale in April. The 38th annual Ebert Sheep Farm production and club lamb sale will be held Saturday, April 11th at 1:00 PM at Ebert Sheep Farm. |
