We have been very fortunate over the past 7 years to have selected several bucks from the Cabaniss flock who have each played an intricate role in our success. Every individual was selected with a specific breeding plan in mind and they have all worked exactly as anticipated. Money was purchased as a sire to make wethers who could bridge the gap between the show ring extremes and the practical production character preferred in females. The extra muscle down his top with great hide and touch, his chest floor, round fore rib and body shape are traits that he throws with a lot of predictability. Yet, his females are moderate in their kind, with muscle, depth of flank and a really attractive set to their hip and hind leg. We have kept over 90% of all the ewe lambs sired by Money and they have been phenomenal! The wethers are easy to sell and even easier to feed. We have sold wethers both privately and at public auction for $5000, $4500, $4250, $4000, $3800, $3000, $3000, $2800 and several from $1500-$2500. Take him to a set of hamp based ewes and watch how he can move a program forward. He has been a fun one to own and we are confident in his ability to keep producing good ones.
