The Hoss x Pioneer matings worked very well last year producing a wether that Hunter Gerths campaigned very successfully that was Champion at both Iowa State Block and Bridle shows along with many other jackpots and Res. Div 4 at the Iowa State Fair. |

Against our better judgment we decided to offer a few elite ewes, but we believe she is the best one we will let out this year. Phonotypically she resembles her sire, big hipped, shallow, rugged, and full of shag. |

Don’t let this little ones size and flesh fool you, we creamed our March pen and she rose to the top. We think the Trigger son we purchased last year compliments our Dog females extremely well. Wethers of this mating left the farm in a hurry and are performing well. This will be the only Pony x Dog ewe that will be sold this year. These females are so versatile we think they will work on any ram in our battery; therefore their value to us is extremely high. |
