Welcome to the website for OWENS SHOW LAMBS. Our family has been raising and showing sheep since 1986. Our two kids - Liz and Matt - are now done showing, but they won classes at the Iowa State Fair in both 4-H and FFA Market Lambs and Ewes, including Reserve Champion FFA Ewe in 2002 and 2003 and FFA Champion Yearling Ewe in 2006. We have used rams from the flocks of Andresen, Cabaniss, Fields, Karr, Knop, Nichols, Slack and Schminke.

All lambs are for sale private treaty at the farm.

Purchased 1/2 interest from Karr Club Lambs

Karr 122 has an outstanding pedigree, power and style. His mother had a buck lamb that brought $20,000 at Sedalia. We can't wait to see his lambs!

We also purchased a second buck lamb, KARR 123, out of The One and a Cabaniss Pistol daughter and leased CABANISS 440 from Karr Club Lambs. Cabaniss 440 sired the 2011 Denver Champion Lamb.

Thanks to Weldon Beck of Lipan, TX, for purchasing Gunslinger and to all the individuals from California to Ohio and South Dakota to Texas who inquired about him. Gunslinger did everything we asked of him in our 2010 lamb crop, including producing 25-30 keeper ewe lambs.
